基于中小城市的幼儿园园本教研模式构想

以教学研究为基本内容，在教育理论专业人员和教研员为经纬线搭建的幼儿园园本教研框架中，以个体、教研组和课题组为组织形式，幼儿园教师采用个人教学反思、理论学习、集体备课、课例分析和课题研究五种形式开展教研活动，从幼儿园内部的管理体制改革和社区资源的有效利用两个角度对幼儿园园本教研予以制度上的支持，是当前中小城市幼儿园园本教研的有效模式。
