摘    要:针对油电混合动力系统价格昂贵、功率密度小的缺点,在对普通液压挖掘机典型工况特性进行分析的基础上,提出了一种以蓄能器为储能元件,由液压缸、换向阀、单向阀和蓄能器组成的油液混合动力液压挖掘机动臂势能回收系统,建立了相关数学模型。以实测液压挖掘机动臂下降参数为依据,对该能量回收系统节能效率进行了仿真分析,论证了数学模型和方案的正确性。通过与普通挖掘机动臂下降过程能耗比较,该能量回收系统回收效率较高,在满足实际工作要求下节能比率达14.8%。
