| 摘 要： | 在2000年到来之际,介绍近十年来国外煤炭工业技术发展的特点,以及煤炭工业面临能源市场和环境要求的挑战,提出必须发展洁净煤技术,将煤炭转变为清洁、高效的能源。同时提出我国“十五”煤炭科技发展的三个方面和八项任务。
