| 摘 要： | 目的将循证医学的研究方法应用于卫生检验，寻找沙门菌快速检测的最佳方案。方法通过检索多个数据库，全面查找沙门菌检测方法的文献，并对找到的文献进行评估和筛选，找到符合要求的文献确定检测方法。结果从5256篇检索到的文献中，共找到相关Ⅱ级文献4篇，Ⅲ级综述文献1篇用于确定沙门菌快速检测的最佳方案。结论在沙门菌的快速检测中，宜采用以139-141为引物的PCR检测法。

| Abstract: | Objective To find out the optimal technique for rapid detection of Salmonella by applying study m ethodology of evidence-based medicine (EBM). Methods Corresponding references in several databases were searched and evaluated across-the-board in order to find out the best rapid detection method for Salmonella. Results Among 5 256 articles, 4 second-class and 1 third-class corresponding references were found. Conclusions PCR method in which 139-141 as primer is suitable for rapid detection of Salmonella. |
