摘    要:伴随着新城市主义和区域城市理论的提出,快捷便利的公共交通和轨道交通在城市交通中的地位日渐显著,在沟通城市中心区与郊区方面发挥了重要的作用。在这种背景下,郊区购物中心改变完全依赖小汽车的状况,利用公共交通的易达性、集客力和公共交通引导型开发(TOD)的基本客流,将拥有更广阔的发展前景。

Abstract:The original and development of suburban Shopping centre is heavily relying on cars and express way. According to the new urbanism and regional city theories, however, public transportation instead of private cars will play an even more important role in the urban traffic system, particularly when connecting city centre and suburban area. The future developments of suburban shopping centre in this case will oriented by public transportation, especially high capacity and frequency rail transit concerning its' easy accessibility and customer catchments.
