艾滋病相关知识及危险行为干预研究

目的研究建筑工地农民工艾滋病知识行为干预效果,为制定有效的干预策略提供依据。方法对六安市城区建筑工地15~24岁工人进行艾滋病知识、行为干预,并在干预前后评价干预效果。结果干预前后调查对象艾滋病防治知识知晓率分别为71.7%,83.0%;商业性性行为发生率分别为38.7%、40%,临时性伴性行为发生率分别为15%、19.9%,商业性性行为安全套使用率分别为49.3%、61.4%。结论建筑工地农民工存在不安全性行为等艾滋病高危行为,通过综合干预,能够改善他们艾滋病防治知识行为水平。

An Intervention Study On AIDS Related Knowledge And Behavior Among the Peasant Workers

Objective To study interventional effects of AIDS related knowledge and behavior to the peasant workers in building sites,and provide a basis for making effective intervention strategies.Methods The workers aged 15-24 in building sites in lu’an urban areas were intervened by AIDS related knowledge and behavior,and the interventional effect was evaluated before and after intervention.Result Before and after intervention,the awareness rates on the AIDS related knowledge of the objects were 71.7% and 83.0% respectively.The rates of commercial sex behaviors were 38.7% and 40% respectively.The rates of sex behaviors with temporary partner were 15% and 19.9%.The proportions of condom use in commercial sex behaviors were 49.3% and 61.4% respectively.Conclusion There were AIDS high-risk behaviors among the peasant workers in building sites,such as unsafe sex behaviors,and the study showed the comprehensive intervention could improve their knowledge on AIDS control and prevention.
