| 摘 要： | 学生对高校教学质量的满意程度主要取决于学生的识别和学生的期望这两个因素．因此，通过修改顾客满意度的评价模型的指标，构建高校教学质量评估的学生满意度模型，并以此建立新的教学质量评估体系，有利于促使其保持积极的教学态度，不断提高教学质量，从而吸引更多学生．

| Abstract: | The students＇ satisfaction on teaching quality is mainly decided on the two elements of students＇ recognition and expectation. A new teaching evaluation system is founded on a new students＇ satisfaction model which is constructed through the revision of satisfaction index. The system will help teachers to keep a positive attitude and attract more students. |
