青海某含砷金精矿焙烧浸出试验研究

摘    要:青海某金矿石为难处理含砷硫化金矿石,其浮选精矿直接氰化浸出的金浸出率只有41%左右。为此,对该浮选金精矿进行了焙烧预处理-氰化浸出试验研究。试验考察了焙烧段数、焙烧温度对焙烧效果的影响,以及磨矿细度、氰化钠用量、保护碱种类及用量、矿浆液固比、浸出时间对氰化浸出效果的影响,确定了适宜的工艺条件,使浮选金精矿的金浸出率达到了90.54%。

Abstract:The arsenic-bearing gold mine in Qinghai province is a refractory one, where the gold cyanidation-leaching rate only reaches 41% in flotation process.Therefore, a roasting-cyanidation leaching experiment for gold concentrates is made.And the effect of roasting stage and temperature on roasting, and the effect of grinding size, the densities of sodium cyanide, the variety and consumption of protective alkali, liquid-to-solid ratio and leaching time on gold leaching are investigated.Then an optimum condition is determined to make gold leaching over 90.54 % for flotation gold concentrates.
