耳穴压籽配合人参归脾丸治疗心脾两虚型不寐临床研究

目的:通过观察耳穴压籽配合人参归脾丸治疗心脾两虚型不寐的临床疗效,为临床治疗不寐提供一个较好的方法.方法:将60例符合入选标准的心脾两虚型不寐患者随机分为耳穴压籽配合人参归脾丸组30例和单纯人参归脾丸组30例,分别比较两组治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数( PSQI)和中医临床疗效.结果:两组治疗后与治疗前PSQI评分和减分率比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:耳穴压籽配合人参归脾丸治疗心脾两虚型不寐疗效显著,优于单纯中药治疗组.

Clinical Study on Pressure Points of the Seeds Combined with Renshen Guipi Pills in the Treatment of Heart-spleen Deficiency of Insomnia

Objective:To observe pressure points of the seeds combined with Renshen Guipi pills to treat heart-spleen deficiency of the insomnia,and to provide a good method for clinical treatment of insomnia.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group including 30 cases and control group including 30 cases.The treatment group took the pressure points of the seeds,and the control group took the Renshen Guipi pills.The two groups were compared before and after treatment sleep quality index(Pittsburgh PSQI) and Chinese medicine clinical curative effect.Results:Compared between two groups after treatment and before treatment PSQI scores and deducted rates,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of pressure points of the seeds combined with Renshen Guipi pills to treat heart-spleen deficiency of the insomnia is distinct,which is better than pure Chinese medicine treatment group.
