胃肠间质瘤中P16、VEGF的表达及微血管密度检测的临床意义

目的:探讨P16、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达和微血管密度(MVD)与胃肠间质瘤(GIST)生物学行为的关系。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测68例GIST组织中P16、VEGF的表达和MVD。结果:GIST中P16、VEGF阳性表达率分别为52.9%、47.1%,MVD为23.2±9.43;P16、VEGF的阳性表达率与肿瘤的侵袭危险性分级有关(P<0.05),MVD与肿瘤发生部位及侵袭危险性分级均有关(P<0.05);P16与VEGF表达、MVD呈负相关(P<0.05),VEGF表达与MVD呈明显正相关(P<0.01)。结论:P16、VEGF的表达和MVD在GIST的恶性进展中可能起协同作用,三者有可能作为评估GIST生物学行为的有用指标。

Expression of P16 and VEGF and Microvessel Density in Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor and Their Clinic Significance

Objective: To detect the expression and relation among P16 protein,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and microvessel density(MVD) in gastrointestinal stromal tumor as well as clinicopathological significance.Methods: Expression of P16 protein,VEGF and MVD were tested in 68 gastrointestinal stromal tumor tissues with SP immunohistochemical methods.Results: The positive expression rate of P16 protein and VEGF was respectively 52.9%,47.1% and MVD was 23.2±9.43.Expression of P16 and VEGF was significantly correlated with the risk of invasion respectively(both P<0.05).MVD was significant correlated with the tumor site and the risk of invasion(both P<0.05).There are negative correlation between P16 and VEGF,and between P16 and MVD.Positive correlation was found between VEGF and MVD.Conclusion: P16,VEGF and MVD may be cooperative effects in the development of gastrointestinal stromal tumor,and they could be used as important markers for the biologic behaviors of gastrointestinal stromal tumor.
