摘    要:在磁性流体密封压差分析领域引入回归正交分析,采用回归正交设计得到了磁性流体密封的磁极结构参数与密封压差的回归经验公式,并对回归经验公式进行了简化。结果表明:回归经验公式计算结果与有限元模型计算结果和实验结果相差不大,能够满足工程上的应用需要。

Abstract:With orthogonal analyzing and regression analyzing in the field of differential pressure analysis of magnetic fluid seal,regression empirical formula of magnetic fluid seal between pole structure parameters and seal differential pressure was obtained through orthogonal regression design.It is indicated that the results of regression empirical formulas are close to the results of finite element mode and seal experiment,the empirical formula can satisfy the need of engineering application.
