高层住宅景观补偿设计研究

高层住宅是人类生活都市化、现代科技高速进步和社会发展的必然产物。在分析当前高层住宅景观设计存在一系列问题基础上,依据居民在高层住宅的行为心理需求,尝试总结高层住宅景观补偿设计可采取的具体方法：引入新的指标控制建筑密度;形成立体化的园林体系;借用外部环境营造开敞空间;营造多功能的景观空间;建筑景观互为补偿;植物配置补偿;恰当设计俯视角度的风景等。以期进一步完善高层住宅景观设计系统,改善高层住宅景观环境,将高层住宅对其外部空间环境带来的负面影响降至最低限度,为居民创造一个舒适宜人的居住环境。
