有创-无创“序贯”机械通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病并呼吸衰竭32例临床分析

目的：探讨有创-无创＂序贯＂机械通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病并呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法：将在本院住院治疗的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期并呼吸衰竭患者,随机分为两组,分别给予持续有创机械通气治疗及有创-无创＂序贯＂机械通气治疗。结果：治疗后两组患者动脉血气均有明显改善,病情好转,治疗组并发症、死亡例数、机械通气时间及住院时间明显低于对照组。结论：在临床操作过程中注意处理好一些治疗及护理的细节问题,有创-无创＂序贯＂机械通气用于治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病并呼吸衰竭可取得较好的临床疗效及社会、经济效益,值得进一步推广。

Invasive-non-invasive "sequential" mechanical ventilation in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory, failure analysis of 32 cases

Objective：To probe into invasive-non-invasive ＂sequential＂ mechanical ventilation in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and rential mechanical ventilation.Methods：The patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure in acute exacerbation in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups to continue the treatment of invasive mechanical ventilation and invasive-non-invasive ＂sequentrol＂ group homes.Results：After treatment,arterial blood gases were improved,his condition improved and complications of the treatment group,the number of death cases,mechanical ventilation time and injection time was significantly lower than the cospiratory failure therapy.Conclusion：Attention in clinical operation in dealing with better treatment and care of the details, invasivenon-invasive ＂sequential＂ mechanical ven tilation for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure can achieve good clinical efficacy and social and economic benefits,worthy of further promotion.
