| 摘 要： | 目的分析社区获得性肺炎（CAP）诊治指南对治疗成功率的影响.方法回顾性分析2006年1月至2010年12月收治的417例CAP患者遵循指南选择首剂抗生素情况以及指南对治疗的成功率的影响.结果本资料首剂抗生素使用遵循指南的占68.8%,5 a间首剂抗生素的遵循率之间无统计学差异（P〉0.05）;2.5 a间遵循指南选择抗生素治疗与未遵循指南选择抗生素治疗失败率之间有明显的统计差异（χ2=20.458,P〈0.001）.结论遵循CAP指南能够降低首选抗生素的失败率.
