CRP与心肌肌钙蛋白I在心力衰竭诊断中的意义

目的探讨CRP与心肌肌钙蛋白I（cTnI）在慢性心力衰竭临床诊断中的意义。方法选取2011年9月～2013年11月在本院进行诊治的慢性心力衰竭患者80例作为观察组，同期选取在本院进行体检的健康人80例作为对照组，两组都进行CRP与cTnI的检测与判断。结果观察组的CRP、cTnI水平明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组的CRP、cTnI阳性率分别为70．0％、77．5％，明显高于对照组的3．8％、5．0％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论CRP与cTnI在临床上对慢性心力衰竭的诊断有很好的价值，值得推广应用。

The significance of CRP and cardiac troponin I in the diagnosis of heart failure

Objective To investigate clinical significance of CRP and cardiac troponin I（cTnI）in the diagnosis of chron- ic heart failure. Methods 80 cases of patients with chronic heart failure from September 2011 to November 2013 in our hospital were selected as observation group,the same period in our hospital for medical examination of 80 cases of healthy people were selected as control group,the serum CRP and cTnI in two groups was detected respectively. Results The level of CRP and cTnI in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group respectively,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.The positive rate of CRP and cTnI in observation group was 70.0% and 77.5% respectively,significantly higher than that in control group（3.8%,5.0%）,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion CRP and cTnI in the diagnosis of chronic heart failure in clinic has better value,which is worthy of promotion and application.
