急性心肌梗死患者的临床护理方法分析

目的 探讨临床护理在急性心肌梗死中的应用效果.方法 选取2012年3月～2013年5月在本院接受治疗的100例急性心肌梗死患者,将其平均分为两组,对照组患者给予常规护理,实验组患者给予优质护理,观察并比较两组患者的生活质量.结果 护理后实验组患者的焦虑得分为（54.51±5.56）分,明显优于对照组的（59.46±10.64）分;实验组患者的QOL得分为（79.73±18.24）分,明显高于对照组的（58.34±17.49）分;实验组术后离床时间明显短于对照组,两组差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 优质护理能够改善急性心肌梗死患者的生活质量,改善患者的急性心肌梗死情况.

Analysis of the clinical nursing of patients with acute myocardial infarction

Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing of patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods 100 cases of AMI in our hospital from March 2012 to May 2013 were selected and equally divided into two groups,the control group received conventional nursing,the experimental group received high quality nursing,the life quality of two groups were observed and compared. Results The anxiety score of experimental group （54.51 ±5.56） points] after nursing was significantly better than control group （59.46±10.64） points],and the QOL score of experimental group （79.73±18.24） points] was significantly lower than control group （58.34±17.49） points],the days of patients in experimental group away from bed was significantly lower than control group,the differences between two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Applying high quality nursing in patients with AMI can improve the life quality and states of patients well,safe and dependable,and convenient for operation,which is worthy of being widely promoted in clinic.
