摘    要:以石墨、膨胀石墨为导电骨料,酚醛树脂为黏结剂,炭黑为添加剂,通过模压工艺制备了石墨/树脂复合双极板。实验中选取了最适宜的工艺条件:酚醛树脂的含量为20%wt,模压压力为200MPa,固化温度为180℃。探讨了不同石墨与膨胀石墨配比对复合双极板的电学、机械性能、致密性等各性能的影响。实验结果表明:双极板的电导率随着膨胀石墨含量的增加而增大,而强度则逐渐降低,膨胀石墨含量的增加会导致双极板的吸水率和显气孔率的增大。

Abstract:In the paper, the bipolar plates for FC were prepared through the molding process, using natural graphite and expanded graphite as the conductive fillers, phenolic resin as binder, and carbon black as additive. In the experiments, the optimal process conditions for preparing composite bipolar plate were selected: resin content about 20%wt; molding pressure 200 MPa and curing temperature 180 ℃. The effects of the ratios of natural graphite to expanded graphite on the performance of composite bipolar plates, such as electrical properties, mechanical properties and compactification, were investigated. The results showed that, with the increasing of expanded graphite, the conductivity increased, as well as absorptivity and porosity, while the strength decreased.
