50W1300冷轧无取向电工钢带的工业试制

摘    要:采用40 t氧气顶吹转炉-180 mm×495 mm板坯连铸-连轧工艺流程,试制了0.5 mm×480 mm 3 t 50W1300冷轧电工钢带(铸坯成分%:0.04~0.06C、0.82~0.96Si、0.35~0.40Mn、0.015~0.017P、0.014~0.019S)。通过钢包吹氩,控制钢水终点温度1650~1670℃,钢中氧含量由72.9×10-6降至22.9×10-6。试制的冷轧无取向电工钢带成品的电磁性能和力学性能均达到GB/T2521-1996中50W1300标准要求,适用于小型电动机转子的制造。

Abstract:The 0.5 mm×480 mm 50W1300 non-oriented electrical steel sheet 3t (0.04~0.06C,0.82~0.96Si, 0.35~0.40Mn,0.015~0.017P,0.014~0.019S) has been researched and produced by using 40 t LD converter ·180 mm×495 mm slab concasting-continuous rolling flow sheet. The molten steel temperature was controlled between 1650 ℃ and 1670 ℃ and the oxygen content in steel decreased from72.9×10-6to 22.9×10-6by argon blowing in ladle. The electromagnetism properties and mechanical properties of pilot produced cold rolled non-orientation eclectic steel all met 50W1300 requirement of GB/T2521- 1996 being suitable for manufacturing rotor of small motor.
