| 摘 要： | 以成败型可靠性数据的实际应用为背景，建立了基于指标体系条件下区间估计与点估计的关系，并得出了最佳置信度的结论，推导了基于试验结果的点估计和区间估计表达式，制定了与区间估计型可靠性指标相对应的连续批生产验收试验的常用抽样方案组，提出了有关的建议。

| Abstract: | According to the practical use of the success or failure model reliability data, the relationship between the point estimation and interval estimation based on the requirement system is established and the conclusion of the best confidence degree is obtained, the expression for the point estimation and interval estimation based on the experiment results is deduced, and the sampling plan group which is often used in the acceptance tests s of subsequent lots corresponding to the reliability requirements of the interval estimation is established.Finally, relevant suggestions are put forward. |
