摘    要:针对目前生产的套管钳无对扣扶正作用、无背钳、下套管作业辅助工作多、工作时效低以及难以满足专业化下套管作业需要等问题,研制出XN-20型液动套管钳。新型套管钳主要由主铅和背错两部分组成,具有背钳、对扣扶正和扭矩测量功能,主钳与背钳采用浮动式连接,背钳通过同步机械爬坡实现变力夹紧。现场试验证明,该套管钳主铅与背钳连接部分平稳可靠,支撑轮无卡阻现象,背钳夹紧可靠,测扭矩系统精度高,随动性好,锥体运转平稳,各项性能指标均达到设计要求,大大提高了作业时效和套管柱螺纹联接质量。

Abstract:In the light of the problems with commonly used casing tongs, Model XTQ-20 hydraulic casing tong is developed.The new tong is mainly comprised of main tong and back-up tong, has the functions of self-aligument and torque measure-ment. The main tong and thc back-up tong is connected by a hinge ibechanism, and the back-up tong bites the casingthrough synchronous mechanical cam-biting imchanism. Field test shows that, the connection of the main tong and thehack-up tong is smooth, the biting of the back-up is reliable, the accuracy of the torque measurement is high, and thetong is flexible and can provide smooth operation.
