| 摘 要： | 分析了水平下调式三辊卷板机的工作原理，指出了影响卷板机加工质量的主要因素，在此基础上建立了误差分析数学模型，并利用蒙特卡罗法模拟了两下辊间距误差和上辊高度误差对卷板加工精度的影响。
