智能型蓄电池恒流放电装置的研制

摘    要:介绍了一种智能型蓄电池恒流放电装置。基于混合型模糊PID控制算法,利用单片机C8051F021、IPM智能功率模块和PIE放电负载,成功地实现了蓄电池的恒流放电。详细描述了该装置的硬件结构和软件模块,并提出了在硬件设计和软件开发中所运用的关键技术,最后介绍了该装置的主要功能。该装置具有体积小、重量轻、使用简单、恒流精度高等优点。

Abstract:An intelligent instrument for constant discharge of battery is introduced. Based on mixed-fuzzy PID control arithmetic, it successfully realizes constant discharge of hattery by adopting C8051F021 microprocessor, IPM module and PTC discharge load. The hardware structure and software modules are described in detail. Some key techniques in the development of hardware and software are put forward. In the end, the main functions of the instrument are introduced. The instntment has the advantages of small-size, light-weight, easy to be operated, high-precision of constant discharge and so on.
