支气管哮喘伴发抑郁的研究进展

抑郁作为支气管哮喘（哮喘）的一个主要的的伴发病症，在哮喘的发生、发展和预后中发挥着重要的作用，本文从哮喘伴发抑郁的流行病学调查、抑郁对哮喘患者的影响、哮喘的自我管理和治疗依从性与抑郁的关系、哮喘与抑郁之间的反馈环、哮喘伴发抑郁的原因、哮喘伴发抑郁的综合治疗、以往研究中存在的问题几个方面来综述哮喘伴发抑郁的研究进展。

Advance in research of bronchial asthma with depression

As a common concomitant symptom in asthma patients,depression plays an important role in occurrence, develop ment and prognosis of bronchial asthma. We reviewed the recent literature on depression in persons with asthma, then summarized the advance in the research of bronchial asthma with depression from various aspects, such as the prevalence of depression in asthma patients, the effect of depression in the courses of illness, the relationship of self-management to depression, the relationship of treatment compliance to depression, the feedback loop of depression and asthma, the etiology of the depression in asthma patients, the integrative therapy on depression in asthma patients and methodological issues in the literature.
