水性光油的研究

摘    要:主要考察了Tg值、黏度调节树脂H-8905、脱模剂H-862、耐磨蜡浆H-859对光油性能的影响.提出了满足高光泽度和高耐磨性的上光光油和磨光光油配方.经上机验证,上光油光泽度75以上,耐磨次数6000次以上;磨光油光泽度85以上,耐磨次数8000次以上,使用性能和VOC含量满足出口要求.

Abstract:The effects of Tg value,H-8905(viscosity adjusting resin),H-862(release agent) and H-859(wear resisting wax) on the performance of glazing oil were investigated.Depending on the result the glazing oil and buffing oil formulations were proposed which could meet the requirement of high glossiness and excellent wear resistance.According to the experimental data,the glossiness was above 75 and the wear resistance times was over 6000 of the glazing oil;and it was above 85 and over 8000 of the buffing oil.The per...
