| Abstract: | there is a close relationship between parameters of soil and rock properties and the analysis of geotechnical problems. This paper gives a deep discussion about the influence factors,characteristics classification and analytic methods, which will promote the recogniza-tion of uncertainties of parameters and the practice of probabilistic limit design standard. |
