| Abstract: | Power outage cost is used to measure the economic losses incurred by power customers during the period of power interruption or electric load constraint.In power market it is an important parameter for it is related to power supply reliability,load control and power pricing.There are not much published studies on this subject in China.This paper presents the concept of power outage cost,the factors influencing power outage cost and the estimation method of power outage cost. |
