| 摘 要： | 目的 评价维甲酸 (RA)对NIH/3T3 细胞生长的影响。方法 体外观察 5种浓度RA对NIH/3T3 细胞生长的作用。结果 5种浓度的RA均能抑制NIH/3T3 细胞的生长 ,且随着浓度的升高 ,RA抑制细胞增殖的作用增强。结论 RA能抑制NIH/3T3 细胞的增殖

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of retinoic acid(RA) on NIH/3T 3 cells.Methods The effects of 5 different concentrations of RA on NIH/3T 3 cells were observed in vitro .Results The 5 different concentrations of RA all showed inhibition on proliferation of NIH/3T 3 cells,and as the increasing of the concentration of RA, the ability of inhibition of RA on NIH/3T 3 increased.Conclusion RA has the ability to inhibit the proliferation of NIH/3T 3 cells. |
