基于MQTT的液漏监测系统的设计与实现

摘    要:针对实验室设计的高空间分辨率且价格低廉的液漏传感器,为了实现远程通信,在原有传感系统的基础上,加入了MQTT协议进行数据的远程推送与交互,同时基于Qt的跨平台特性开发了PC端和移动端均可使用的监测软件,系统管理员可通过PC端将控制指令下发给液漏传感系统,对液漏现场进行远程操控与数据实时监测,系统维修员可通过移动端查看维修通知单及告警信息,维修完成后提交维修订单。该系统实现了对液漏监测系统的实时采集和远程监测,有较好的应用前景。

Design and implementation of liquid leakage monitoring system based on MQTT
Abstract:For the laboratory design of high spatial resolution and low price liquid leakage sensor, in order to achieve remote communication, on the basis of the original sensing system, added MQTT protocol for remote push and interaction of data, at the same time based on the cross-platform characteristics of Qt to develop monitoring software that can be used on both PC and mobile terminals, the system administrator can send control instructions to the liquid leakage sensing system through the PC side, remote control and real-time monitoring of the liquid leakage site, System repairers can view maintenance notices and alarm information through the mobile terminal, and submit maintenance orders after the repair is completed. The system realizes the real-time collection and remote monitoring of the liquid leakage monitoring system, and has a good application prospect.
