摘    要:中国的石油资源相对稀缺,石油炼制过程中对轻质原油的需求相对较高.石油的裂解过程主要基于加氢催化和加氢裂化.加氢催化技术可以提高轻质油品的产量,在满足市场需求,提高中国石油工业经济效益的同时,还能尽可能减少环境污染,实现"绿水青山就是金山银山"的社会要求.加氢裂化技术可直接将高硫蜡油等劣质原料转化为优质石脑油,喷气燃料,...

Abstract:China's oil resources are relatively scarce,and the demand for light crude oil in the oil refining process is relatively high.The cracking process of petroleum is mainly based on hydrocatalysis and hydrocracking.Hydrogenation catalytic technology can not only increase the output of light oil products,but also meet market demand and improve the economic benefits of China's petroleum industry,while also reducing environmental pollution as much as possible,realizing the social requirement of"green water and green mountains are golden hills and silver mountains".Hydrocracking technology can directly convert inferior raw materials such as high-sulfur wax oil into high-quality naphtha,jet fuel,diesel,etc.It is the core process for improving the quality and output of petroleum products of refining and chemical enterprises.Hydrogenation technology has developed rapidly in recent years,and the development of hydrogenation catalysts is the core of the progress of hydrogenation technology.This article describes in detail the petroleum refining process,especially the application of hydrogenation technology and catalysts,and the study of common problems.
