| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中药配合针灸治疗前列腺增生的临床疗效。方法:将106例患者,随机分为2组。治疗组54例,针灸配合服用中药治疗;对照组52例,仅服用中药治疗,观察2组治疗前后证候疗效及治疗前后的相关指标。结果:治疗组显效率57.41%,总有效率为88.89%;对照组显效率50.00%,总有效率为73.08%。2组总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药配合针灸治疗前列腺增生有良好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the curative effect of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medical for BPH. Methods: 106 cases of BPH were allocated to treatment group(54 cases) and control group(52 cases) randomly. The treatment group treated by acupuncture and traditional Chinese medical;and the control group by traditional Chinese medical only. The symptoms and relevant indexes were observed before and after treatment. Results: In treatment group, the markedly effective rate was 57.41% and totle effective rate was 88. 89%, and in control group 50.00% and 73.08% respectively (P < 0.05) . Conclusion: acupuncture and traditional Chinese medical possesses a good curative effect for BPH. |
