摘    要:研究了有机侧基对硅橡胶低温性能的影响。压缩耐寒系数实验表明,大体积有机侧基基团的引入可破坏硅橡胶的低温结晶;DMTA分析表明,当大体积基团数目达到一定数量时,可破坏低温结晶,甚至使低温结晶完全消失,成为非结晶橡胶;在有机侧基中,选择合适的改性链节并调节其含量,可提高硅橡胶的玻璃化转变温度,如随苯基和三氟丙基取代基的增加玻璃化转变温度升高。

Abstract:The effect of organic side-group on the low temperature-resistance of silicone rubber was investigated. The cold-resistance results showed that the bulky side-group could destroy the crystal of silicone rubber at low-temperature. The DMTA tests showed that when the number of bulky sidegroup was increased to a certain value, the low-temperature crystal properties of silicone rubber was destroyed completely, and non-crystal rubber was formed. For different organic side-groups, the selection of appropriate modified-chains and the adjustment of their content could increase the glass transition temperature (Tg). For example, with the increasing of phenyl and trifluoropropyl substitute, the Tg was risen.
