| 摘 要： | 本文针对当前中医学专业的就业现状进行分析，提出了影响中医学本科生就业难的两大因素,继而在此基础上提出应通过对中医学教学制度改革，中医学学科本身变革和学校指导等几个方面来解决中医学本毕业生所面临的就业困境。

| Abstract: | This paper analyze the situation of the employment among Chinese Medicine, and find that there are two main factors which effect the hard employment. Then on the basis of it, we should solve this problem by innovate theeducation system, reform the subject of Tradition Chinese Medicine itself, and the guide of the University. |
