基于无线射频通信的矿用控制器设计

摘    要:为提高无线遥控技术的可靠性和稳定性,设计了一种基于无线射频通信技术和单片机技术的矿用控制器。该控制器包括遥控器和接收器两个部分,遥控器通过单片机把采集到的按键信息无线传输给接收器,接收器根据收到的信息控制外部执行机构。重点介绍控制器的系统结构,工作原理以及软件流程。通过现场试验证明,这种矿用控制器的设计方案是切实可行的,达到了预期的效果。

Abstract:In order to improve the reliability and stability of wireless remote technology,the mining controller is designed based on RF(Radio Frequency) communication technology and SCM(Single Chip Micro-controller) technology.This controller includes two parts,one is remote control,the other is receiver.Through SCM,the remote control transfers information to receiver by wireless transmission.Then according to the information,the receiver controls external mechanism.The system structure,working principle and software flow of controller are introduced.The test on site proves that this design proposal of mining controller is worthy of application and promotion.
