西石门铁矿南区高效开采工艺研究

摘    要:西石门铁矿南区矿体大量出露矽卡岩层,矿体变缓变薄。对该矿体采矿工艺进行改进研究,改进现有无底柱分段崩落法开采工艺,采用3分段回采原则,并利用上、下双工作回采形式,实现上部贫矿与下部富矿同时开采,较好地适应了矿体产状的变化,实现了高效开采的目标。

Abstract:A lot of silica rocks exposed from ore bodies in the southern district of Xishimen iron mine,resulting in deposits becoming gently inclined and thin.The mining process of the existing non-pillar sublevel caving mining method in Xishimen Iron Mine is improved.With the principle of three phases stoping,and in the form of upper and lower double working lines,both the upper “lean ore” and the lower “rich ore” can be achieved at the same time.It better adapts to the orebody occurrence and reaches the target of high efficient exploitation.
