各类胆石氨基酸成份研究分析

摘    要:148份胆石进行红外光谱分析。48份进行了化学检测。根据分析选出30份胆石分5组:纯胆固醇结石10例,胆固醇混合石7例,胆红素混合石10例,糖蛋白结石2例,黑结石1例。经处理上机检测氨基酸。结果显示:氨基酸以黑结石最高(226.93mg/g),纯胆固醇结石最低,最低者1.37mg/g。胆石中,脂肪族氨基酸约占总量50%左右,其中甘氨酸占15.34%。混合性结石中,胆红素含量越高,氨基酸含量越高。色素结石的酸性氨基酸组份相对较碱性组份为高。而色素结石与胆固醇结石各种氨基酸百分含量基本相似。

Abstract:In older to seek for effective drugs to dissolve bilirubin stones, giycopro-tein stones and black stones as well as better lithotriptlc medication for cholesterol stones, the constituents of amino acids of gallstones were studied. According to the characteristics of infrared spectrum and the contents of bilirubin, 30 cases of 148 gall stones were selected and divided into 5 groups: (1)10 pure cholesterol stories, (2)7 mixed cholesterol stones, (3) 10 mixed bilirubin stones, (4)2 glycoprotein stones, (5)1 black stone. Amino acids of them were detected by L-8500 high speed chromatography (HITACHI corp, Japan). The quantity of amino acids in black stone was the highest (226.93 mg/g) and that of pure cholesterol stones were the lowest, one of them was only 1. 37 mg/g. In five groups of gallstones, the contents of amino acids were as follows: black stone > mixed bilirubin stone and glucoprotein stone>mixed cholesterol stone > pure cholesterol stone. The proportions of them were: 95. 95 : 29. 02 and 28. 05 : 5. 78 :1 respectively. Aliphahc amino acide accounted for about 50% of the total amino acids in gall stones and 15. 34% of 17 kinds of amino acids was glycine. In mixed stones, the higher the contents of bilirubin, the higher the contents of amino acids. The acidic amino acids of bihrubin stones were relatively higher than those of cholesterol stones. Although total amount of ammo acids and various amino acids of blirubin stones were probably several ten times those of purt cholesterol stones, the construction of the costituent was basically similar
