摘    要:介绍了尹格庄金矿新式充填脱水笼的结构、滤水材料,并对脱水笼的受压、滤水、尾砂沉降进行了理论分析和计算;现场试验表明:脱水笼滤出充填水含砂量较少,经取样烘干测算滤水尾砂含细泥量≤0.5%。连续充填条件下新式脱水笼滤水效果明显。

Abstract:This paper introduces the new dewatering cage's structure and filtering materials in Yingezhuang Gold Ore,and analyzes and calculates the pressure-bearing,filtering and tailings deposition of the dewatering cage.The field test shows that the filtered water from the dewatering cage contains less tailings with fine clay content of ≤ 0.5% after sampling and drying.The new dewatering cage has a good filtering effect under continuous filling conditions.
