| 摘 要： | 提出区域科技竞争力的内涵，构造科技竞争力评价指标体系，基于灰色系统理论的关联度分析方法，对我国长江三角洲、珠江三角洲和环渤海经济圈三大经济区域的科技竞争力进行了比较分析，提出了相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the past research to competitive power of science and technology in region, the paper explores the connotation of it and index system to evaluate it. Comparative research is made on competitive power of science and technology in the three economic districts of our country by the method of correlative analysis in Grey-system model. Several related recommendations are put forward to this situation. |
