涡轮叶尖间隙动态建模的LS-SVM方法

摘    要:为了延长现代航空发动机的工作寿命,提高其工作性能及降低耗油率,叶尖间隙主动控制技术成为国内外的一个研究热点。叶尖间隙的动态建模是实现叶尖间隙主动控制的关键技术。为此,首先对涡轮叶尖间隙的变化机理进行初步分析,分析了涡轮叶尖间隙在温度、离心力及机动飞行下的变化规律,然后,研究了适用于叶尖间隙动态建模的最小二乘支持向量机方法。仿真结果表明:最小二乘支持向量机在叶尖间隙动态建模中具有良好的实用性及可靠性,即使叶尖间隙的动态变化存在严重非线性,也仍然有效。

Abstract:In order to extend the wing life and improve the performance of modern aero-engine,active blade tip clearance control has been a research hotspot.And the dynamic modeling of blade tip clearance is a key technology for achieving the objective.Therefore,the variation of tip clearance under maneuver flight,temperature change and centrifugal force were simulated based on the preliminary analysis of the change mechanism firstly.Then,least square support vector machines method was used for blade tip clearance changing modeling.Experimental results show that the method is effective even if the tip clearance dynamic model is highly nonlinear.
