摘    要:本研究建立了一种基于固相萃取和气相色谱氢火焰检测技术(GC-FID)分析检测水样中微量2--甲基异茨醇和土臭素的方法。所建立的方法具有简单、可靠、灵敏等优点。方法的检测限分别为5ng/L(2--甲基异茨醇)和2ng/L(土臭素),5次测定的相对标准偏差小于5%,回收率大于90%。利用所建立的方法,我们详细研究了福建闽江下游水样中2--甲基异茨醇和土臭素的浓度变化特征。

Abstract:A simple and reliable method for the analysis of 2-methylisoborneol (2-MIB) and geosmin in river water using gas chromatography-flame ionization detector (GC-FID) together with solid phase extraction (SPE) was developed. With the help of this method, we have studied the variation of the concentrations of 2-MIB and geosmin in fiver water collected from Minjiang-river at Fuzhou, Fujian of China in detail with detection limits of 2 ng/L (2-MIB) and 5 ng/L (geosmin), a relative standard deviation (RSD) 〈 5% and a recovery 〉 90%.
