中大型圆柱滚子轴承柔性保持架动力学分析

摘    要:基于多体动力学法和ADAMS建立了考虑柔性保持架的中大型圆柱滚子轴承刚柔耦合多体接触动力学模型,定义了滚子、保持架与套圈的动态接触关系,分析了载荷和转速对圆柱滚子轴承动态特性的影响。结果表明:随转速增大,滚子与内圈滚道和外圈挡边的接触力增大,保持架与套圈引导面的接触力增大,保持架打滑率减小;随径向载荷增大,滚子与内圈滚道的接触力增大,滚子与外圈挡边的接触力无变化规律,保持架打滑率减小。

Abstract:Based on multi-body dynamics and ADAMS,a rigid-flexible coupling multi-body contact dynamics model of medium and large scale cylindrical roller bearings is established considering flexible cages.The dynamic contact relationship is defined among rollers,cages and rings,and the effects of load and rotational speed on dynamic characteristics of cylindrical roller bearings are analyzed.The results show that with the increase of rotational speed,the contact force between rollers and inner ring raceway and outer ring rib increases,the contact force between cages and ring guide surface increases,and the slip rate of cages decreases;with the increase of radial load,the contact force between rollers and inner ring raceway increases,the contact force between rollers and outer ring rib is unchanged,and the slip rate of cages decreases.
