食管癌中肺耐药蛋白和多药耐药相关蛋白的表达

摘    要:目的探讨肺耐药蛋白(LRP)和多药耐药相关蛋白(MRP)在食管癌组织的中表达。方法运用免疫组织化学方法检测LRP蛋白和MRP蛋白在81例食管癌组织中的表达。结果食管癌组织LRP蛋白的表达(54.3%)明显高于正常组织(35.9%,P<0.05),LRP在食管癌组织中的表达与癌组织分化程度、浸润深度及淋巴结转移与否无关(P>0.05)。MRP蛋白在癌组织中的表达(54.3%)明显高于正常组织(34.6%,P<0.05);MRP蛋白在深层浸润组的表达(60.7%)高于浅层浸润组(35.0%,P<0.05),在有淋巴结转移组的表达(69.7%)高于无淋巴结转移组(43.8%,P<0.05),与癌组织的分化程度无关(P>0.05)。MRP与LRP 2者之间无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论食管癌组织中LRP的高表达可能与食管癌的耐药性有关。MRP蛋白表达增高可能反映肿瘤的浸润深度和提示肿瘤的淋巴结转移。LRP蛋白与MRP蛋白在食管癌发生发展中相互协同的可能性较小。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of lung resistance protein(LRP) and multidrug resistance-associated protein(MRP) in esophageal carcinoma.Methods The expressions of LRP protein and MRP protein were detected by immunohistochemical staining in 81 cases of esophageal carcinoma.Results The expression of LRP protein was significantly higher in cancer(54.3%) than that in normal tissues(35.9%,P<0.05).The expression of LRP was incorrelate with carcinoma differentiation,invasive extent and lymph node metastasis in esophageal carcinoma.The expressions of MRP protein were obviously higher in carcinoma than that in normal tissues(P<0.05).The expressions of MRP in deeper invasing group and group with lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those in superficial invasing group and group without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).It was not observed that MRP protein expressions were related to carcinoma differentiation(P>0.05).It was not found that the significant correlation between LRP and MRP protein(P>0.05).Conclusion The overexpression of LRP in cancer tissues maybe correlate with drug resistance in esophageal carcinoma.High expression of MRP might inflect deeply infiltrating of the tumor and indicate metastasis of lymph node.There is no significant correlation in pathological characteristics between LRP protein and MRP protein.
