小儿双金口服液联合利巴韦林颗粒治疗手足口病60例疗效观察

目的：观察小儿双金口服液联合利巴韦林颗粒治疗小儿手足口病临床疗效。方法将117例手足口病患儿随机分为2组。治疗组60例予小儿双金口服液联合利巴韦林颗粒治疗，对照组57例予利巴韦林颗粒治疗。2组均7d为1个疗程，1个疗程后统计疗效，并观察2组退热时间、皮疹消退时间及痊愈时间。结果治疗组总有效率100％，对照组总有效率80．7％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组平均退热时间、皮疹消退时间及痊愈时间均短于对照组（P＜0．01）。结论小儿双金口服液联合利巴韦林颗粒治疗小儿手足口病疗效确切。

Observation of the curative effect of children double gold oral liquid combined with ribavirin granules on the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease

Objective To observe the curative effect of children double gold oral liquid combined with riba-virin granules on the treatment of hand -foot-mouth disease .Methods 117 cases of hand-foot-mouth-disease were randomly divided into two groups;60 cases in treatment group given children double gold oral liquid combined with ribavirin granules therapy;57 cases in the control group were treated with ribavirin granules .The course was sev-en days in two groups .The therapeutic effect was evaluated after a course .Cooling time ,the rash subsided time and the recovery time were observed .Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 100.0%.The total effective rate in control group was 80.7%.There was significant difference between two groups on the total effective rate （P〈0.05）.Average cooling time,the rash subsided time and the recovery time in treatment group were shorter than those in control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion ：Children double gold oral liquid combined with ribavirin granules has good curative effect in ordinary cases on the treatment of hand -foot-mouth disease .
