CuO/ZnO/Al2O3和ZSM-5双功能复合催化剂在苯与合成气烷基化制甲苯中的研究

摘    要:制备了由共沉淀法制备的CuO/ZnO/Al2O3催化剂与ZSM-5混合形成的用于合成气与苯在液相中直接合成甲苯的烷基化反应的双功能复合催化剂,并采用H2-TPR、XRD对催化剂进行了表征。在浆态床反应器中考察反应温度、反应压力、催化剂投加量、ZSM-5硅铝比、ZSM-5与CuO/ZnO/Al2O3的比例对催化剂性能的影响。结果表明:当反应温度为250℃、反应压力为1MPa、苯和催化剂投加量分别20mL和2g、ZSM-5硅铝比为130、ZSM-5与CuO/ZnO/Al2O3的催化剂质量比为1:1时,可达到最佳的反应效果,在8h的反应中,CO的转化率为85.79%,甲苯的选择性为44.91%,甲苯的产量为1.77g。

Abstract:The bifunctional composite catalysts for alkylation of benzene with syngas in liquid phase were prepared by mixing Cu O/ZnO/Al2O3 prepared by coprecipitation and ZSM-5, and were characterized by H2-TPR and XRD. The effects of temperature,pressure, catalyst dosage, the Si/Al ratio of ZSM-5 and the ratio of ZSM-5 to CuO/ZnO/Al2O3 on the performance of the catalyst were investigated in a slurry reactor. The optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows: 250℃, 1 MPa, catalyst dosage of 2 g in20 mL benzene, SiO2/Al2O3 mole ratio of ZSM-5 of 130, mass ratio of ZSM-5 to CuO/ZnO/Al2O3 of 1:1. Under above conditions, in 8 hours reaction, the conversion of CO, the selectivity of toluene and the yield of toluene were 85.79%, 44.91% and 1.77 g,respectively.
