| 摘 要： | 针对现有回转窑烟气环集设施难以满足阳极泥硫酸化焙烧工艺需要的问题,进行了技术探讨,并对烟气导入管、粗硒转运槽、窑尾烟罩、吸收塔连接管进行了改造。实施后,提高了回转窑烟气环集系统的密闭性,烟气的吸收效率,达到了预期的目标。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the problem that the existing rotary kiln flue gas gathering facilities could not meet the needs of the sulfating roasting process of anode sludge,the technical discussion was carried out,and the flue gas inlet pipe,crude selenium transfer tank,smoke hood at kiln end and absorption tower connection pipe were reformed.After implementation,the tightness of the rotary kiln flue gas gathering system and the absorption efficiency of the flue gas were improved,the expected goals were achieved. |
