摘    要:介绍了研制开发的旋流微泡浮选柱和精煤快速压滤机技术工艺,并分别与传统的机械搅拌浮选机和圆盘真空过滤机的性能作了对比.研究结果表明:浮选柱降灰和精煤快速压滤机脱水效率高,精煤灰分和滤饼水分低,工艺指标先进,且动力消耗小,节能明显,维修量小,运行稳定可靠,因而旋流微泡浮选柱和精煤快速压滤机是细粒煤降灰脱水的有效而经济的工艺设备,具有广阔的推广应用前景.

Abstract:A novel clean coal dewatering method with cyclone micro-bubble column flotation and clean coal filter-press techniques was introduced, and a comparison between the proposed method and traditional clean coal dewatering flowsheet which consists of mechanic mixed flotation and disc vacuum filter was conducted. The research results indicate that low ash and low moisture clean coal can be obtained effectively by the proposed method. Therefore, the cyclone micro-bubble column flotation and clean coal filter-press techniques have a promising application in fine coal deashing and dewatering due to their remarkable deashing and dewatering performance, low energy consumption, dependable and stable operation and low maintenance and running costs.
