当归与欧当归的鉴定学比较研究

目的：通过对伞形科植物当归Angelica sinensis（Oliv.）Diels与欧当归Levisticum of ficinaleKoch.干燥根的鉴定学比较研究,确定当归品质的评价依据。方法：采用传统鉴别和现代科学技术手段相结合的研究思路和方法,从来源、性状、显微、理化及薄层色谱图谱等方面对当归与欧当归进行比较研究,确定其品质优良度。结果：当归与欧当归在性状方面存在较大差异;有效成分含量也有所不同。结论：本研究为当归的合理开发与利用提供一定的科学依据,以确保临床用药的安全性;提示欧当归不能代替当归药用。

Comparative Study on Identification of DangGui and OuDangGui

Objective： To establish evaluation standard for quality of DongGui by making a comparative study on identification of DangGui （Angelica sinens/s（Oliv.）Diels） and OuDangGui（Levisticum officinale Koch.）. Method： Dang- Gui and OuDangC, ui were compared from the aspects of source, property, microstmcture, chemical and physical prop- erty, thin layer chromatography by adopting study thinking and method which combined traditional identification with modem scientific technique. Result： There were bigger differences existing in the properties of DangGui and OuDang- Gui and in contents of active ingredients. Conclusion： The study provided definite scientific evidence for reasonable de- velopment and utilization of DangGui to ensure the safety of clinical medication. OuDongGui can＇t replace DongGui as medicine.
