| 摘 要： | 研究了从樟树叶中提取的天然染料对蚕丝织物的染色性能。比较直接染色与媒染染色,选择硫酸亚铁、硫酸锌、明矾作为媒染剂,分析染色蚕丝织物的K/S值、L*值、C*值,直接染色的优化工艺为:染液5%(omf)、温度90℃、时间60 min、pH=4、浴比1∶25,最高K/S值为7.874。媒染染色明显提高了上染率,硫酸亚铁同浴媒染使K/S值最高升至22.512。采用媒染法染色后织物的耐皂洗色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度和耐日晒色牢度均有明显提高。

| Abstract: | A natural dye extracted from camphor leaves was applied on silk fabric,and the dyeing properties were studied.Direct dyeing and mordant dyeing process were compared,while ferrous sulfate,zinc sulfate and alum were selected as mordants.The K/S value,L^* value and C^* values of dyed silk fabrics were analyzed.The optimized dyeing conditions were as follows:dyeing solution 5%(omf),temperature 90℃,time 60 min,pH=4,bath ratio 1:25.The highest K/S value was 7.874.The dyeing rate was significantly increased by mordant dyeing process,and the K/S value was increased to 22.512 in one-bath mordant dyeing using ferrous sulfate.The color fastness to washing,rubbing and sunlight were improved obviously. |
