| 摘 要： | 与发达国家相比,我国农业用水量大且效率很低。发展节水高效农业,成为中国农业发展的必然抉择。因此,必须强化水资源管理的能力建设、改革节水农业投资机制、建立科学的节水水价体系、提高节水高效农业技术创新能力和推动节水设备和服务产业化。

| Abstract: | Comparing with the developed countries, the agricultural water in China is large and its efficiency is very low. Developing water-saving and efficient agriculture is the necessary choice of Chinese agricultural development. Therefore, we should strengthen the competence construction of water resources management, reform water-saving agriculture investment system, establish scientific water-saving water price system, enhance technology innovation competence of water-saving and efficient agriculture, and promote the industrialization of water-saving facilities and service. |
