还原氮化五氧化二钒制备氮化钒的研究

摘    要:对还原氮化制各氮化钒的过程进行了理论分析和实验探讨。结果表明,五氯化二钒还原过程中同时发生了直接还原和间接还原,在高温氮化条件下巳生成的氮化钒又转化为碳化钒。本试验条件下直接还原的开始温度为656K,氮化的开始温度为1160K,氮化钒转化为碳化钒的温度为1560K。间接还原发生的可能性与配碳系数有关,配碳系数越大,其发生的可能性越大。

Abstract:The process of preparation of vanadium nitride by reduction and nitrogenization process is theoretically analyzed and experimentally discussed.Results show that direct reduction and indirect reduction simultaneously occur in the process of V 2O 5 reduction and in the meanwhile the vanadium nitride,which generates under the condition of nitrogenization at high temperature is converted to the vanadium carbide.Under the current experimental conditions the starting temperature for the direct reduction process is 656?K and the starting temperature for nitrogenization is 1?160?K and the temperature for conversion of VN to VC is 1?560?K.The possibility of the indirect reduction is related to the coefficient of carbon ingredient.The larger the coefficient of the carbon ingredient,the greater the possibility of occurrence of the reductions is.
