| 摘 要： | 为了解我国科学数据共享现状, 规范科学数据汇交、 共享、 管理, 笔者开展了科学数据共享现状调查。 在基本情况调查的基础上, 对我国科学数据资源现状、 科学数据共享机制、 制约科学数据共享的主要因素进行了初步分析, 指出了在我国实施科学数据共享应强化的基础工作。 |

| Abstract: | In order to understand the real situation of scientific data sharing and pave the way to the management of data sharing,we carried out the investigation on scientific data sharing.The preliminarily analytical result of the real situations of scientific data and data sharing is given and the main factors,which influence the performance of data sharing,are analyzed in this paper based on the investigation.Finally,we propose the fundamental works adopted in scientific data sharing. |
